Speed Through Power specializes in STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING for athletes. Our proven programs are designed to increase speed and agility through gains in strength! At Speed Through Power, our facility is designed to train teams as well as individuals.
We offer 5 week programs for $125.00 per athlete. This will consist of 2 times per week for a total of 10 sessions. For groups of 8 or more the 5 week program will be $100.00 per athlete.

Power Interval Training was invented at STP Fitness, and over the past several years has proven to be an extremely effective way of burning fat, increasing strength and improving body composition in both women and men.
Our brand of kettlebell training is innovative and, coupled with our interval training, is a perfect total body workout.
Cost per training session is $10,
3 sessions in one week $25,
4 sessions in one week $30.
